Never got the item but great customer service and full refund

I ordered these same shirts last year and got exactly what i ordered. I was so pleased that I decided to order 3 more. Disappointed is the only way to describe my experience this time. When I received the 3 shirts I ordered they were not at all what I picked. The only thing right about the shirts was the color. The previous order was a soft, body contouring firing shirt. This time they are rough, wide,different fit and completely different logo. I messaged the company immediately and 2 days later I got an address I could return them to. I have to pay to return shirts that were not what I wanted. I asked about shipping over a week ago with no response from the seller at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. I NOW HAVE $100 IN SHOP RAGS. I WASHED 1 and the logo is peeling off.
